Views:
Iraq: Pull out all troops fast.
Economy: Restore gold standard. Favors much smaller federal government. Eliminate IRS, Federal Reserve and many Cabinet departments.
Health Care: Opposes nationalized health care. Favors tax credits for health insurance and drugs; would allow low-cost foreign imports of prescription medication.
Immigration: Secure borders, abolish birthright citizenship. Opposes schooling, health care and welfare for illegal immigrants. Against guest worker visas for Mexican laborers.
Taxes: Favors huge spending cuts and no tax increases; proposes national sales tax to replace income tax.
Global Warming: Favors private and local anti-pollution initiatives over federal intervention; sees nuclear energy as alternative to carbon-spewing oil and gas.
Energy: Favors free-market solutions. Eliminate subsidies for oil and gas industry.
