I voted absentee with my disabled elderly mother at the Board of Elections on Grant street. It took us about half an hour, and I was impressed at how easy it was. They are always nice at the Board of Elections, but I was impressed at how sensible they were about dealing with a disabled voter. Nothing else in this world is easy for the disabled, but voting at the Akron BOE was fast and respectful. Thanks.

I voted at Centenary Church and was ballot number 12. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The only way the the recall will happen is if people dont get out and vote. I asked everyone I saw this morning if they were going to vote. They all said no, he won't be voted out, he will be ok. Yea, with that attitude, he will be recalled.

I voted at Goodyear Library about 7:15. Was only voter number 2. Voting went smoothly although it was very crowded in the room. The usual room was not available.

My wife voted at 7:00 at The Resnick School…she was #3. I voted at 7:15 and was number 7. What a waste of taxpayers money! Mendenhall should have the cost added to the bill for back taxes he already owes!

I voted @ Grace Lutheran on Portage Path @ 7:00 AM. Had to wait about 3 minutes because of 2 people in front of me. I was ballot number 7.

The 3 ladies working the table were very nice, but they definitely had hearing problems. They kept mispronouncing my name and I had to actually show the lady where my name was in the book.

I vote at Firestone Park Community Center.

I was in and out in about four minutes, and thank god because it must have been about 95 degrees in there. I can only imagine what it will be like at 3:00.
