The video is 1:23 long and introduces us to the presidential campaign of Libertarian Bob Barr. Also featured in the video is his vice-presidential nominee Wayne Allyn Root. These guys obviously need help to get their campaign off the ground. Watch this short video and share your thoughts.

They should have had Barr standing up. He looks small and old sitting down.

It seems that the Libertarians and Republicans have one goal in common–less bureacracy and a smaller federal government. Who can argue with that?

I keep hearing rumors they are going to dropp root and put Paul on the ticket so they can tapp some of pauls popularity and give the campaign a boost? There is an article about it at http://www.BarrRoot.com Has any one else been seeing these rumors floated about?

I also found a http://www.BarrPaul08.com website? why would they have a BarrPaul site if it wasnt true>? They even have a petition there?

if they want to nto piss off actual libertarians, they should keep root. he is pretty much dead on the libertarian views like 95+% of the time. not to mention that regardless of what paul could bring in, root has about 12xs as much money to offer and he may well be the libertarian candidate for future elections.

If you think the BarrPaul site is a campaign site, you've lost touch, dude.
Anytime you have a bottom-up grassroots campaign, you will have occasional rumors and nutty articles. Keep your eye on the ball as they sail past McSame!

Barr is polling 4-6% in Georgia. He may help Obama take the red state.

Go Bob Barr….he's at least better than McSameBush on the Constitution.

Kyle…..notice those new national polls with Obama up 12%?

Reverend, I want to see a couple weeks of polling before I jump to any conclusions, but it is definitely encouraging.

yeah did you see that poll sampled only 22% of Republicans?

call me what you will, but probably not the best of samples.

Gee Ben I wonder why the news organizations do polling that way? Lets see one that goes 50-50. Kind of level the playing field. Then people who will vote and drop the registered voters.
