OH-16 GOP Primary Exclusive

Ben's Header
Some exclusive content here at The Point regarding the GOP primary in OH-16. The 16th race features three Republicans vying to replace the retiring Ralph Regula: Kirk Schuring, Matt Miller, and Paul Schiffer. Here is a first look at the new Kirk Schuring commerical.

This has not run anywhere - television or internet - until right now. The Schuring campaign did a Fox News buy - and this will start airing tonight in every zip code in the 16th. But we here at The Point have it before even Brit Hume and Sean Hannity.

You should know that I personally endorsed Schuring on my own blog earlier this week; I feel he is the best candidate our party has to keep the seat that Regula has had a grip on since before Christopher Columbus discovered America.

It is really strange that a candidate in Ohio cuts primary ads showing our border with Mexico. Mexico is about 1,500 miles away

Mexico may be 1500 miles away, but our relationship with Mexico and its citizens (the ones that live there and live here, legally or not) does have a direct effect on the economy of Ohio.

That is one of the worst TV ads I have seen in a while. It looked like re-hashed video from other campaign commercials poorly cut together with grainy images of Schuring. Hope he didn't pay much for it.

Obama says we must tone down the rhetoric concerning illegal immigration. What that really means is ignore the facts and do what is best for the illegals and the elite and for the rest of us to shutup and foot the bill.
